March flew by, and with it came a handful of new favorites—things I’ve been reaching for nonstop, small joys that have brightened my days, and a few standout discoveries worth sharing.
From beauty and fashion to everyday essentials, here’s what I’ve been loving this month.
Beauty: Brow Lamination
This month, I finally tried getting my eyebrows done for the first time, and I’m officially hooked. I’ve never had anything done to my brows before, so I decided to go for sugaring and brow lamination—and it’s been life-changing. I’ve always been a bit insecure about my uneven brows, and I was constantly trying to shape them myself, but it never quite worked out.
Now, with laminated brows, I wake up every day with a perfectly lifted, polished look that makes my routine so much easier. Not only does it save me time, but it also gives me a huge confidence boost. It’s that little touch that makes me feel put-together without the effort. If you’ve been on the fence about it, consider this your sign to try it! I get mine done by @ashley.aesthetics__ on Instagram, and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s absolutely amazing!
Bag of the Month: Lululemon
Lately, I’ve been reaching for my Lululemon City Essentials Small Shoulder Bag everyday. I originally bought it during my February trip to New York City after my previous bag got completely soaked in the rain. This bag turned out to be the perfect solution since it’s made from water-repellent recycled nylon– making it both waterproof and incredibly durable. It includes both short and long straps, allowing me to wear it as a shoulder bag or crossbody depending on the day. Despite its small crescent shape, it holds more than you’d think, making it ideal for everything I need to carry around. Since that trip, it’s quickly become my everyday go-to bag, and it comes in several colors, so you can pick the one that fits your vibe!
Skincare: Byoma
I’ve been loving Byoma for my everyday skincare—it’s affordable, effective, and actually works without the hefty price tag. One of the best things about Byoma is their skin quiz, which helps you find the right products based on your skin’s needs. It takes the guesswork out of skincare, making the process much easier and more straightforward.
I used to spend too much money on expensive, trendy skincare, thinking I needed a complicated routine to get good skin. But I’ve learned that my skin isn’t everyone else’s skin—what works for someone else might not work for me. And less IS more. A simple routine with clean, effective products has been the key to keeping my skin happy and healthy. If you’re looking to simplify your own skincare routine, I highly recommend giving Byoma a try.
Fitness & Wellness: Personal Training
I just wrapped up my two-month personal training program at ICONIX Fitness in Long Beach (shoutout to my trainer Melaya, she’s the BEST), and it’s easily one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. Personal training is definitely a financial commitment, but the quality of coaching, guidance, and progress I’ve made has made it 100% worth it. I’ve been a member at ICONIX for almost a year, but I wanted to actually understand how to workout properly. As I get older, I’ve been valuing my health and wellness more than ever, and knowledge is power. My biggest priority was building strength safely and I’ve already seen a huge difference in my mobility, form, and overall confidence in the gym.
Beyond the physical progress, getting stronger has genuinely helped me feel more confident in my body and in myself. Learning proper form, understanding how to engage the right muscles, and creating a consistent routine has been a total game-changer. Now that my program is complete, I’m excited to start applying everything I’ve learned to my own workouts and keep pushing myself forward.
Drink: Strawberry Matcha Latte
My best friend introduced me to Caffe In Coffee Co. in Anaheim, and their strawberry matcha latte set the bar high. Their matcha is smooth and earthy, the strawberry adds just the right amount of sweetness, and the whole thing is perfectly balanced. It’s easily one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had, and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. If you’re ever in the area, it’s worth a stop.
